    About Me

A teacher & Literacy Coach for Harrisburg City School District. I didn't start cooking until I met my husband. He didn't agree that we should eat out or order in every night despite my lack of cooking experience. So I checked out latest edition of The Joy of Cooking from the library and began cooking for him. Needless to say, I found out I actually enjoy my own cooking more than most restaurants. It's become a new hobby for me along with tending to my garden and reading!

    Favorite Foods

My favorite dish to cook for my husband is Chicken Picatta. I'm always seeking out new ways to cook chicken breasts.
