"This recipe makes a delicious and tender roast. My husband and I both enjoyed it however when I make it again I think I will step up the wine and down the vinegar just a touch. "Excellent recipe. Very easy and quick; also it didn't heat up the kitchen either which is a blessing in summer. I love cilantro and it gives this dish such a fresh flavor. Next time I make it though I may add more hot sauce (we used chalula. Great job!!"
