"I flattened it out and put string beans in the center and rolled it then followed your oven instructions. When the meat loaf is cut there are the string beans in the center in a neat circle.. Quite nice looking and the vegetable neatly arranged in a small circle....

"EXCELLENT! The only things I did differently were...I used Bisquick in place of flour. I boiled my shrimp heads strained and used that Juice which came out to 3 cups and added one cup of Chicken Broth to make the 4 cups.
