    Reviewed Delicious Chicken Pot Pie

"VERY GOOD!! I have made this recipe several times now. I only put in a 1/2 cup of celery (personal preference). I also use two cans of del monte diced potatoes. I like to add peas to my pot pie too. Other than that...I followed your recipe to the T. It is great and easy. Thanks for the recipe."

    Reviewed Chicken Spaghetti

"Sorry. This was just okay. I thought the sauce was kind of blah (plain). Like it was missing something. I ended up adding more seasonings. I also thought the sauce could have been a little thinner. It was thick and a little dry after being in the oven. My husband said it reminded him of a dish that had been reheated in the microwave."

    Reviewed Crock Pot Chicken Cacciatore

"After all the great reviews....I couldn't wait to try this in the crockpot. I've had chicken cacciatore many times before, but never in a crockpot. It smelled wonderful when I came home from work. Although, I'm sorry to say, it was just okay. I felt it was missing something. My husband agreed. We ate it...but the whole time I was thinking about wha..."

    Reviewed Bourbon Chicken

"My husband & I really liked this recipe. Very good combination of sweet and spicey....but not too spicey. Just enough heat. I did double the sauce because I added onion, mushrooms, carrots and water chestnuts. I think I might even like to add pea pods next time. I wanted more than just the meat and the sauce. I will be making this again for sure. T..."

    Reviewed Creamy Potato Salad

"Perfect Potato Salad!! Reminds me of my mom's recipe, but she never added bacon. I told her to add some next time. She will love it. This recipe didn't need any adjustments. I did only add a 1/2 cup of celery, because I wanted to put in a 1/2 cup of sliced radishes. I grew up with radishes in my potato salad. Just a personal preference. I took this..."

    About Me

This year I will be married to my husband Tom 12yrs. Time flies!! I have two beautiful kids. Our son Hayden Thomas is 11yrs old and into sports & video games. Our daughter Addison Claire is 7yrs old and is taking ballet, tap & acrobats & loves to draw. We also have a chubby puppy (Shorkie) named Moe. Cooking is a hobby of mine. I love it. I grew up in a Polish family with many great cooks. My grandfather owned one of the best meat shops in town...now his grandson's own the buisness. Cooking is a family tradition. I grew up eating large, homemade meals. Lots of meat and potatoes.
I am trying to use this site as my personal cookbook. Hoping to not
    use my recipebox anymore.
I have a little pet peeve. It is when people ask for a recipe, because they liked something you made...and then don't follow the recipe given. Go figure!! If you change my recipe....and it doesn't turn out...please don't tell anyone you got the recipe from me. LOL.

    Favorite Foods

I really don't have a favorite food. I like to try everything!

The recipe I get the most compliments on are my ribs. I never have any left over when I make them for a crowd.
My husband is an avid fisherman, so I enjoy making several fish dishes for him. When it comes to fish,I am complimented most on my walleye crab cakes. The sauce that goes along with them makes them wonderful.
I really do not have a favorite restaurant. But if I had to choose...it would have to be someplace with great mexican or chinese food. Honestly I would rather have a dinner party at my house, and cook a wonderful meal. Can't forget the margaritas!!!!
