    About Me

    My DH and I live in the Phoenix, AZ area. We have five children ages 21, 16, 13, and 10 year old twins. Our oldest DD is married so we can add another DS to the list. He recently returned from Iraq and we are thankful for his safe return! I LOVE to cook and find it a lot of fun and very relaxing. I have an extensive cookbook collection and enjoy reading them. I co-host the Budget: OAMC, Make ahead, freezing and more forum with Erindipity. I am so happy to be able to help out on a subject that I love to talk about. I try to convert as many as I can to the OAMC way of life! ;)

    Favorite Foods

    Lots of favorites!  Mexican food, fresh seafood, thai food.  Most things cooked on the grill. There are not too many things I don't like.  Wink
