"My kids have loved these since they were itty-bitty. Haven't made them in years but decided to surprise them. They turned out just like I remember. Gooey and chewy. The kids were thrilled. Thanks for bringing this recipe back into our lives. "

"Never tried muffins with strawberries in them before. Wasn't sure how well my family and I would like them but decided to take the leap anyhow. They were very delicious but like Roosie said, the cinnamon was almost undetectable but the strawberry flavor really stood out. Maybe that is the purpose of the cinnamon?? They were moist and tender. Gone ..."

"I made this partially ahead of time to take on a family camping trip. I did everything up to adding the club soda. I stored the strawberry-lemon mixture in a cooler, then added the chilled club soda right before we were ready for it. This was a great refreshing drink and everyone lapped it up. Will get made a lot during the summer months. Thanks-J..."

"I printed this recipe out and have been waiting for the chance to try it ever since it was posted. We went camping last weekend and you've gotta make s'mores when you go camping. I followed the essence of the recipe except we didn't do a lot of measuring. Just kinda eye-balled it. Cooked them over a grill and boy, were they good. Messy, you bet, b..."

"Way beyond excellent!! I thought the different types of potatoes were nice and colorful but also had delicious flavor. The texture was very tender on the inside. The smell of rosemary pervaded throughout the house. Very pleased. Thanks for posting."

"This was quite an interesting way to cook green beans. Italian green beans are also my favorite and I was able to get some fresh. The aroma and flavor from the Italian herbs was nice. The mushrooms and water chestnuts were a good idea to throw into the mix. Thanks for for a non-boring vegetable side dish."

"Very, very delicious cioppino. Had a hard time deciding between red or white wine and ended up using red. Gave the stew a very hearty, bold flavor that I liked. I used red snapper, too. With the exception of peeling the shrimp, this was easy to put together. Thank-you for sharing this recipe."

"Made this for Christmas Eve dinner and I loved it. This is so much easier than baking a regular pumpkin pie and I thought it tasted better. I did as a few of the others and cooked mine about 15 minutes longer. Very easy and a hit with my family. Thanks Nurse Di."
