    About Me

    As the picture shows, the only good plate is a clean plate! My father taught me how to cook, along with a number of other chefs, both professionals and friends. Recently left behind a three-decade career in Information Technology to reenter college to complete work for a degree in Geology. With this transition, I have lots more time to spend in the kitchen being creative!

    Favorite Foods

    Just about anything! I favor cooking Asian and Italian, and everything in between. Currently coming off of a Tex-Mex binge, moving to Eastern European. My favorite meal to cook? Breakfast with all the trimmings!
