"Yum, yum, this is excellent! Our gas supply is off at the moment and so I can't use my cooker, I normally do NOTHING in the microwave but this is so, so good that I'll be doing it regularly. Can't wait to show my sisters, they will love it! I used Mint Choc powder instead of cocoa; Also, I put the mix into ramekins and blasted them for 35 second..."

"I've just made (and eaten this for an easy wholesome pudding that would fill us up after a very light, early dinner. Never eaten this before, never mind made! I didn't have any problems with watery consistency, but perhaps the other comments were due to not using initiative and altering the recipe slightly... quantities always vary from one brand..."

"So simple to make and doesn't taste half bad! ; It made a great ravioli and when you work out the cost of the basic ingredients it's amazingly cheap! Not too sure how it is for other types of pasta, but was perfectly fine for a ravioli package. Thanks for posting, will definately use this again."

"Great recipe, makes lovely dough with stuff you already have in the cupboards, I didn't have any choc chips but it was still tasty! I added a little extra vanilla and as it was a bit too stiff for how I like it, I stirred in a little sigle cream and that perked it up a lot. Thanks for the recipe, I've just stuck it in the freezer and will enjoy it..."
