"Perfect for Christmas morning! I prepared this the day before and increased the sausage to 1 pound. Only used 2 cups milk, as was suggested by others. "Yummy! I made these the day before christmas, stuffed them, and put them in the fridge. The next day I put them back in the oven for about 30-45 minutes while the ham finished cooking. Perfect!"

"Wonderful! This took my husband right back to Puerto Rico where he spent time while in the Navy. I used 2 cans of red beans and 2 8oz cans of tomato sauce, 2 cups water and 2 cups chicken broth. Did not cook with the Tabasco, but let everyone spice it to their taste at the table. We will make this weekly from now on! Yummy!"

"This was easy and yummy! Used a bag of frozen corn and cooked on low for 8 hours. The chicken shredded nicely and we ate everything with rice. Sprinkled a little cilantro and chopped green onion on top before serving. The leftovers the next day were great with tortilla chips!"
