    About Me

I live in Georgia and work as a US Representative of a Manufacturer of machines built in Switzerland which manufactures plastic bottles for a private world wide company called Alpla Inc.a plastic bottle manufacturing company.
I fly remote controlled model airplanes and love the out doors.
If I said any other cook book beside Recipezaar I bet I'd get cut off.
I am passionate about "Beets" I do not like them. Every other food item is fine. Gee, pet peeves, does anyone over 50 have pet peeves that they can list within an hours time???

    Favorite Foods

My favorite dish to cook is "Stouffers" :-) Thats why I signed up for this membership.
My most famous dish is the dirty one I leave behind when I'm finished with a wonderful meal.
Of course my favorite restaurant is my kitchen, it's just some times I have a hard time figuring what I want to cook.
I always have fun. I think laughter is the best cure for what ails most people. If you can't sit back and laugh, you need to reconfigure your attitude.
