"Things have been busy-busy around here, so I've been absent for awhile. I had a few hours in the middle of the day today, so I restocked the freezer with a couple of loaves of honey whole wheat bread and made the taters for dinner at the same time and just put them in the fridge till dinner time. "Happy to have sunshine two days in a row, so I made picnic food two days in a row. I couldn't determine which shot showed off the food, so I put three of them here for you folks to determine which you prefer. "Our middle daughter came over today, and together with DW, made grilled chicken kabobs, oven roasted redskin potatoes and salad for our dinner. Very good! DW also made some peanut butter cookies for dessert.

"Heading out of town this morning to our grandson's Confirmation. Haven't seen the family for awhile, so I decided to make some Italian bread, Sandwich thins and 10-Grain Honey Whole Wheat bread to take with us.

"I had the afternoon off, so I restocked the freezer with sandwich thins, then made dinner of salad, pineapple chicken stir fry and vegetable fried rice. One of our favorite meals. Beautiful stream of sunshine through the back of the house made for a great picture of the sandwich thins.
