    My Journal

I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

We live in the country - a peaceful hilltop community where everybody knows everybody, and gladly shares the bounty of their garden each year (although I had a hard time getting rid of all the Habanero peppers I grew last summer...) I used to be in radio (on-air and production) but I now am serving the field employees of a Fortune 500 company with my technical expertise. My first foray into cooking was a wonderfully aromatic plastic pizza made fron a Chef-Boy-R-Dee kit on my parents' bowling night (Hey, it said put the dough in a bowl and place in warm oven to rise! Problem was... I had used a plastic mixing bowl to knead the dough crust).

    Favorite Foods

My favorite dish to cook is the one I am craving at that moment - anything from Shrimp Creole to Mole Poblano, or simply baked or grilled trout or talapia (I really DO love fish and seafood). There are very few foods I don't enjoy. My most FAMOUS recipe is my Gourmet chili. No, don't ask - I ain't giving that recipe up. Favorite restaurant? One where my lady is sitting across the table smiling and laughing.
