    About Me

I'm a university student and I like baking and cooking but I'm not that good at following recipes. I always add my own ingredients. I have this little recipe book where I have written all the recipes myself and none of them are like the way they were in the original source. Probably the biggest reason why I modify recipes is that I'm just a poor student and I can't afford to buy certain cheeses or exotic fruit and vegetables. If necessity is the mother of all invention then living on government subsidies is the father:) Everytime I cook for my best friend, she looks at the dish with a bit of wonder and takes the first bite with caution. That tells a lot: you never know what to expect when you eat my cooking. Sometimes I make really good food and sometimes it's only good for feeding the toilet.

    Favorite Foods

Anything with chocolate or chicken, my favourite cuisine is asian or italian and I love garlic and chili. I hate leak (and more or less every oniony vegetable) and tuna (even though it's supposed to be the core of student cooking, I can't stand it).
