    "I make a very similar spaetzle but I add about a pinch of nutmeg for flavor. Very good ... we have it with steak and a balsamic reduction with a little sprinkle of goat cheese on top!"

    "Fabulous simple but flavorful recipe. I am a big fan of balsamic on anything, and if it's tomatoes then it's sure to be a winner. The flavor just pops when you roast tomatoes. I made the creamy cucumber salad I found on recipezaar and surrounded it on the platter with these lovely gems as a garnish. The toms were gone before the salad!! One note ..."
