    About Me

    I'm a budding chef. Trying to learn more about how to make my favorite Asian dishes - much more accomplished as an Italian cook. I write an article about wine, The Weekly Winer in a local paper, The Totoket Times and work at a healthcare company nearby using my new chemistry degree. I LOVE spicy food and most kinds of peppers, hot or otherwise, and try to incorporate peppers into a lot of dishes. I love wine and travelling and yeah, cooking too.

    Favorite Foods

    My favorite dish to cook is probably my bacon-wrapped mushrooms. They're easy, quick, and really really tasty. They're nice with a garlic and dill drizzle - perfect summer food with a nice spicy old-world style merlot or even an earthy malbec. I love wine and good food, but damn if I can't stop going to McDonald's occasionally :) I will NEVER turn down good Indian food though.
