"I give this 5 stars because, as my 9 year old put it, "I could taste the whole wheat in the batter, but not in the muffins!!" I added chocolate chips to some, but even without these were wonderful. I did use butter, and I'm going to add this to my breakfast rotation--yummy, filling, healthy, and kid-approved!"

"I've never had bourbon chicken, but this was fabulous! The four kids and DH loved it, as well. It is apparently a very forgiving recipe, too, because my daughter was reading me the ingredient list and got a few of the fractions wrong. I did add some cornstarch to thicken at the end and served it over brown rice. Thanks for a new addition to th..."

"These were great pancakes! I didn't have eggs, and was in a rush to get the kids to the bus--these worked wonderfully. I was able to put together a double batch and get the kids fed (with all the morning chaos in under 20 minutes. Thanks for the recipe! (I also used regular milk--the only other milk I had was chocolate almond milk."

"Yum! Everyone was skeptical to try it, as this was our first attempt at quinoa, but it was a hit! Some ate with tortilla chips, some with sour cream, some plain--any way it was delicious and filling. Thanks for the great recipe!!"

"I was looking for something quick and easy with ingredients on hand. This fit the bill, although I did have to modify with canned tomatoes and no Tabasco. I used spinach from our garden and a little more pasta than the recipe calls for. It was just delicious! Perfect for a light summer dinner--thank you!!"

"This was very good muesli--it reminded me of a gourmet version of the muesli we used to buy in Australia. I couldn't find bran here, so I added extra oats. I added pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and chopped almonds. I also sprinkled in some cinnamon half way through (after reading other reviews. Delicious!!"

"I have to admit I made changes due to what I had available. I used canned mushrooms and a can of diced tomatoes (drained. I tore some fresh basil and added it for flavor (I imagine the sun-dried tomatoes would add more flavor. I used angel hair pasta and it was absolutely fabulous!! Thanks for the springboard--I know the actual recipe is fan..."

"Delicious! We have tried a few sloppy joe recipes here in Australia since there is no Manwich. This was definitely the best. I did have to improvise--I didn't have enough catsup, so I added some steak sauce and more tomato sauce to make up the difference. Everyone loved it here and DD, who doesn't generally like meat or tomatoes, asked for mor..."

"I thought this was good. My 3 young kids liked it, as did my husband. Personally, I thought the white sauce was a little bland (could be a problem with pregnancy and tastebuds. Overall, it was good, I'd make it again, and the cinnamon does make it different from the typical pasta sauce."

"Delish!! This person should have won more than $400! DH was a little skeptical based on the ingredients, but I was intrigued and am always looking for ways to use leftover turkey, so I made it. Absolutely delicious! Everyone, including children (6,3,1 ate it up and asked for seconds. I had to modify it, based on what I had--I had about 12 oz..."
