    About Me

    I spend more time in the kitchen than most bachelors do I guess. I like to eat good food, so I spend a lot of time making good food. Professionally, I'm a mechanic in a steel mill and my hobbies include collecting tattoos, playing pool and skydiving.

    Favorite Foods

    Many of the foods I cook are one dish meals, with meats and vegetables and grains all together. I'm especially fond of EXTREMELY rare beef, and I enjoy sushi very much. Live scallops are my favorite type of sushi. There's only two foods I wont eat, and those are hominy, and pickled beets. Anything else is fair game.
