"The flavor is terrific!, but because it didn't cook thru completely, I added baking time. It's tricky to find the exact timing without having the pudding dry out. Obviously, I couldn't get the timing right because my pudding came out dry. It got wonderful comments from guests, and I will make it again. Maybe trying different amounts of the ingre..."

"I made this dish last night. The gravy was sooo good, however, the beans were too crunchy (my fault, I guess they were'nt steamed enough.Next time, longer steaming or just boiling a bit for bean softness."

"This recipe has all things I like.I made this tonight, and noticing that it would be dry, instead of using more oil, I pureed a few strawberries to use as sauce. I think it inhanced the taste, but it was still bland. Maybe next time, more garlic or a little salt. Thanks for posting this interesting dish.Joyce"

DH said they were too vinegary. My son LOVES SPICEY FOOD, so I\'m hoping he will like these. Can you tell me how to lessen the hot taste after they are cooke..."

"Lots of prep work, and time, to make what is essentially my Mother in law's recipe for POTTED CHICKEN!! Also, use Farenheit measurement! Had I used Celcius, I would have ended up with very well done, dry chicken. Will NOT make this again.Sorry, Mirj. I will try your Scarlet Chicken though. I'm sorry I didn't make it instead of the Fahdreith C..."
