Reviewed Fannie Farmer's Classic Baked Macaroni and Cheese

"Tried this tonight. Last time I made mac & cheese, it was too dry, too thin. No problem here! The consistency was perfect, and the bread crumbs on top were a great touch. This is how I'll be making it in the future. Served it with homemade applesauce, meatballs, and ketchup. (The only thing I'll note is that I had no clue what "buttered bread crum..."

New Topic Freezing tips -- Keeping stuff onhand in Cooking on a Budget: OAMC, Make Ahead, Freezing & More

    Reviewed Tomato Ketchup

"I made this ketchup for the second time in two years today. Ketchup used to get used up slowly at our house, but over the holidays, we made up 10 lbs of French fried potatoes right up to the last fry stage and froze them so we could have quick and easy French fries whenever we like. My husband eats his fries with salt and vinegar, but I was eating ..."
