I think next time I might add a little water or milk, they just seemed a tiny bit dry, but I did use a Supermoist Fudge Cake recipe instead of the German Chocolate, so that might be my fault. "This is my new absolute favorite use for bananas. I used chopped peanuts for the nuts, and it gives it has a hint of peanut-butter-on-a-banana taste. I also (like another reviewer add a dollop of molasses and cut back the sugar just a bit. Soooo moist and sooo yummy. Dense, nutritious, and filling. Very satisfying. I've now made them 3 times. "REALLY yummy, beautiful cookies! I used Betty Crocker's Super Moist Spice Cake, and then followed the recipe, and got super yummy spice cookies. I had my first bite of them after they had sat on the baking pan for 4 hours---didn't have time to move them to the cooling rack---and they were soft and delicious. Great recipe!"
