"My DH and DS are real pumpkin freaks. They both were craving some pumpkin bread the minute the weather started to turn colder. I tried this recipe and now will use no other. It made three good sized loaves. I have made it twice now. I added 1 cup of English walnuts to one baking, and they were crazy about that batch too."

"This cake is absolutely fabulous. My DH made it as he was having a severe chocoholic attack. The only cake mix we had in the house was a triple fudge. Let me tell you, that cake was the fudgiest, richest cake ever! If chocolate is your thing make this. It will become a staple in our house!"

"This is fantastic!! We loved it. My DH made it twice. The first time was just as written. The second time was using corn tortillas and layering instead of rolling. I love green chilies so he added a snall can of chopped green chilies to the second batch. He made a double recipe to take one to his work potluck for Cinco de Mayo. Fantastic agai..."

"I made this recipe after reading a thread concerning it. I followed the directions exactly concerning the mashing of potatoes. I did not have the troubles mentioned in the review by Anke R. There is a difference in potatoes and the amount of water they absorb during cooking. Perhaps her potatoes were a bit over done. I imagine that adding an ..."

"I had made this once before when I had started to make hushpuppies and found I was almost out of cornmeal. I used the bit I had and made up the difference in flour. The result was really good and everyone liked them. They are a greawt change from hushpuppies and easier for the people with dentures and small children who have a problem with corn..."

"I had a craving for Denney's "Moon Over My Hammy" sandwich tonight. We make them often. I had read this recipe a couple of days ago and told DH about it. When he made our sandwiches tonight he made one with the usual butter and one with the mayo. Man, the mayo sandwich came out more evenly toasted and seemed to be crispier. The taste was a bi..."

"I really think I shouldn't rate this as I didn't follow the recipe at all. I was at a loss as to what to do for supper. Nothing thawed, busy day ahead. I didn't have most of the ingredients, except the frozen chicken!I thought "Oh well. I'll give it a try" Keep in mind we love everything in the original recipe The changes and omisions were ..."

"Though I am not a big fan of peanut butter, these were really good. My DH loves them as does my DD. I thought the peanut butter taste was reminiscent of peanut butter fudge. They were super quick and easy and maee with ingredients on hand. They can easily accomodate the additions my DH has since made, such as chopped peanuts, M&Ms, chocolate ..."
