    About Me

    I've been married to my hero and best friend for over 30 years. We have a wonderful daughter who is in college and is going to get married next year. My passions are genuine Mexican food, crocheting, reading, and keeping up with current events. My idea of heaven would be eating a plate of chille rellenos while crocheting a doily and watching politics on TV with my twin sister!

    One of my pet peeves is reading recipe reviews by people who say something along the lines of "I substituted the chicken with peanut butter, and didn't have any red pepper so I used vinegar, and left out the garlic since we don't like it. Since we all love pickles I used 2 cups. This recipe turned out horrible and is nothing I would ever serve to my family again so I'm only giving you 1 star." LOL

    Favorite Foods

    ANYTHING with green chile in it! Especially genuine New Mexico green chile. The smell of freshly roasted New Mexico green chile every September and October is the best aroma in the world!!
