"This is very nice except I would reduce the qty of sugar considerably as the original qty is way too much. I also added some chopped strawberries into the mix which made the cake really nice. I do not think i would have liked as much if I hadn't. Overall, this recipe is really good though and I recommend everyone to try it!"

It worked perfectly! I assume the original would only taste better. The only problem I encounted was that my dough took hours to rise - cold house perhaps? A..."

"Just fantastic! So quick and easy. I only used 2 teaspoons of sugar. I whipped this up in minutes! I wonder if the results will be the same with wholemeal flour? Thanks for posting!"

"Thank you MarieAlice for posting this recipe. I made this for brunch today for some friends and it was a big hit! I didn't have any swiss, mozzarella or parmesan cheese LOL! All I had was cheddar but it came out great! I added some chicken rashes instead of bacon. Simply fab!"

"Yummy photo, but I just like to point out that this isn't really fat free because the recipe calls for eggs, its more 'Low Fat'"

"How very interesting this recipe is and really good too : I made this without the cinnamon because some of my family are not fond of it. I used half the butter and sugar in the topping and also reduced in the flop too. Also used 1% milk. I forgot to add the vanilla, but it was really great anyway! It reminded me of french toast for some reason :..."

"Absolutely wonderful. Its flakey and a tiny bit crumbly....yummy! I used this crust as a base for South African Melktert or Milk Tart Recipe #173067. Worked so well together. I loved it. The quantity of liquid really does depend on the climate I think so keep that in mind. I didnt really need all the oil when making this one today."
