"I've been experimenting with different won ton soup recipes, and this is hands-down my family's favorite. I had my doubts about the beef broth, but silly me! it is simply perfect exactly as written. I have made it several times now and my only complaint is that the recipe says it serves 6, but 3 is more like it. Also, 1 package of won ton skins..."

"The family wanted waffles tonight, and I was too lazy to beat egg whites - I found this recipe and it exactly fit the bill. I added some vanilla and a little extra salt as I thought the flavor needed a little pick-me-up, and I also cut the milk back to 2 cups as another reviewer said the batter was a little runny, and they were perfect. These wa..."

"Fantastic recipe! I always double it now or there will be aquabbles at the table over who didn't get their fair share. I do add a tablespoon of oil to it, just to help blend the flavors a little. Thanks Dancer!"

"I made this recipe for the first time exactly as written, using 1/4 of chopped fresh basil as my herb and kosher salt. As mentioned by another reviewer, the texture and taste were wonderful! To my tastebuds though, I wanted more salt, and lots more herbs. Now that fresh tomatoes are in season, my cornbread-crazy family will be getting this one ..."

"This is definitely going into the regular rotation at my house. I made the recipe exactly as specified - it came out a little too vinegar-y for us, but oh! so tasty. Simple, delicious, healthy. Yum!"

"My daughter asked for mango ice cream for her birthday, and this is the recipe I chose. I followed another reviewer's tip and added a splash of lemon juice, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly as written. It is simply superb. One thing to note -- I processed it in my Donvier ice cream freezer. It freezes MUCH more quickly than other ice ..."

"I served this for dinner tonight and there is not a grain of rice left. I used brown rice as that's what I have, and left out the tomatoes as they aren't in season right now. Delicious! Based on other reviewer's comments I cut back on the chili paste, but next time I make it I will use the full amount as ours wasn't very spicy at all. We will ..."

I never would have believed that such a beautiful artisinal loaf of bread could be so easy to achieve. The crust was perfectly chewy, the crumb nicely open, and the flavor out of this world.
