    I am a farmer's wife and artist. I love to cook -- I am constantly in search of new recipes to play with, and also trying to make tasty food without relying on butter, cheese, or sour cream.

    Favorite Foods

    Now that I have more or less gotten away from the previously mentioned butter, cheese, and sour cream (oh my!) I have discovered roasted red peppers, lime, and spinach. Yumm!
