"Amazing!! I will definitely make this again, especially given how easy it was to make. I think the cajun seasoning used might be the secret to success -- I used Virginia's Finest Bayou Blackening Spice. I just realized I forgot the parmesan cheese, but we honestly didn't miss it at all. My only suggestion for improvement: double the recipe!"

"This was very easy and very delicious. I took the advice of some other users and after about 7 hours on low I shredded the chicken, mixed it back in to the pot, and then added the block of cream cheese on top. We ate the resulting mixture over rice with some hot sauce and a garnish of cilantro and green onion. Next time I might use a spicier salsa..."
