    About Me

Mom, with ADD, and son too. I've a hypoglcemic husband, and another teenager. We have recently (4.01.09, no joke really) dropped refined sugar, refined carbs ie. all white flour, potatoes, and caffiene. Whoa! Since I was at a low caffine intake at the moment it was actually much easier than I guessed it would be. One successful month later, and after a car full of food was donated to some less fussy folk,,, we are searching for more ways to eat well.

    Favorite Foods

Red Salmon, blueberries, Moose meat. Plain yogurt. Anything fresh, especially from my garden, or better yet yours! Or the farmers market.

Foods I'm getting over chocolate, coffee.

On the look out for more ways to get vegetables into my "fussy eater". He dislikes variety, getting him to even try new things is a frequent dilema. The everything hidden after being pureed, is too much work. Is there a way to help him ENJOY vegies??
