    "Very good but not extraordinary. I did them in the oven, 4 hours at 200 degrees on a baking sheet tightly wrapped in foil. Then uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes with the sauce on them, basting a couple times. Make sure you wrap your baking sheet in 2 layers of foil or you won't get the crust off! I used mild sausage, jarred jalapeno peppers and a yellow and orange pepper instead of green. Will make again. * Made this a second time, omited the rice and reduced oven time to 25 minutes.
