"Great, easy recipe! I was happy to find a simple cheese sauce recipe that can be done in a short amount of time, as opposed to a more fussy version."

"Making perfect hardboiled eggs has always been a challenge for me. I usually can do it successfully after three dozen eggs turn out and they always have the sulfur-green coating. I really like this recipe. The best tip is to get the eggs to room temperature. That saves a ton of "what ifs" for infrequent egg boilers like myself. The eggs turn out p..."

"A great recipe- Kittencal is always right on target! This recipe works with beef, but also with turkey or even bison meat. Baking the meatballs in the oven saves us a lot of time, and also more evenly cooks the meatballs - with the added benefit of the fat draining off much better. We then finish them in a crockpot with some bbq sauce. Perfection!"

"This was a fantastic find! My family will love these. The only change I made was to add a can of refried beans to the mix to thicken it before scooping into the taco shells. I also used whole grain "healthy" shells to cut down on the white flour/sugar."

"This is an excellent recipe for those of us (like me who are unsure how to cook chicken while maintaining moisture and flavor. This recipe could not be easier. I even eliminated the mushrooms & onions and just baked the chicken covered in bbq in a glass dish, double covered in foil for 1 hour. It turned out perfectly. We shredded the chicken and ..."

"I really loved this recipe for a couple reasons: 1. Booze, check. 2. Raisins, check. 3. Brown sugar, check! 45 minutes was the perfect baking time. My oven runs a little hot, so the apples came out deliciously fork tender and not saucy, with a great carmelized bunch of pecans, raisins, and brown sugar coating the bottom of the pan. Delish! I used..."

"De-lish! I loved this recipe - so simple, but wonderful. I also added 1/4 C of sugar to the biscuit mix to add a little sweetness to the biscuits. I will definitely make this again."

"Great recipe - right on the money for a super side dish to grilled hamburgers & hotdogs! I substituted sweet potatoes for regular potatoes and turkey pepperoni for the bacon - tasted great!"

"Great recipe! I would suggest doubling it if you like thicker rice krispies like I do! Otherwise, everything worked out wonderfully. Can't wait to serve these to my guests tomorrow."

"What a wonderful, EASY way to cook a whole chicken! We prepared this for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day, and there wasn't a scrap of chicken leftover! We prepared it to the exact specifications of the chef, and it couldn't have turned out any better. Thank you for a simple, but rediculously delicious chicken recipe!"
