Reviewed Kittencal's Italian Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meatballs
"A great recipe- Kittencal is always right on target! This recipe works with beef, but also with turkey or even bison meat. Baking the meatballs in the oven saves us a lot of time, and also more evenly cooks the meatballs - with the added benefit of the fat draining off much better. We then finish them in a crockpot with some bbq sauce. Perfection!"

I am a mother and wife who adores baking. I ***** at cooking, however. Baking = good. Cooking = bad. I love learning new things, and usually approach making a new recipe like it is a chemistry experiment - so measurements are important to me! I am inspired to cook when I have a couple hours to kill and someone at home to watch the kids.
I do a mean stuffed pepper, and am famous at family functions for my veggie pizza. There are a crapload of veggie pizza recipes out there, but my biggest tip is - use REAL ingredients. Don't get low fat, no fat, light, or reduced calorie ingredients. It isn't worth it. My favorite restaurant is PF Changs or the local sushi joint.

"This recipe was developed by my 80 year old German grandfather in his days as a chef at a family restaurant. We make these cookies every year as part of our holiday tradition, and usually have many to give away."
