"Another great recipe! Previous reviews said the cake didn't rise or was heavy, please check the expiration date on your baking powder. Fresher is better."

"This is one of those easy, cheap meals from college days... I still have the original torn out of a magazine from the 70's! Now it's better to skip the salt, add a squirt of mustard and splash of hot sauce. Use a tangy BBQ sauce or skip the brown sugar if your sauce is sweet. Had it for supper, still delicious and brought back great memories."

"Don't try to rush through this recipe, it takes time. Be sure to do the brine step, even for 15 min. it makes the chicken perfectly tender and juicy. Note there's salt in every step; brine, breading, sauce, pasta cooking water, cheese... adjust to your liking, was to much for our family but that's personal preference. Follow the recipe techniques ..."

"I used your recipe and Alton Brown's suggestion to brine in an insulated beverage cooler. It was perfect...brine stayed icey cold and the bird was completely submerged without taking up 'fridge space. Thanks for a great recipe."
