"Great recipe made first time as per recipe and tasted great. Second time around I made a few changes which also worked out great. First of all I doubled the sauce ingredients. I then got a plastic baggie with 2 cups flour + 1 tbl paprika, 1 tbl onion salt, 1 tbl mustar powder and 1/2 tbl chilli powder. I used drumsticks/thighs, popped them in the ..."

"Fantastic Jam. The only change I made was to use jam sugar (added pectin instead of plain sugar. I make one batch as per the recipe and one batch with a sprinkling of red chilli flakes which has resulted in a wonderful sweet & sour jam that's fantastic with ham."

"Great recipe - like most of the others, I simply browned the chops then poured over the sauce ingredients and simmered on the stove top for 15-20 minutes. I doubled the sauce ingredients as well. After 20 minutes I still had tender chops and a good amount of lovely, thick sauce."

I covered the whole lot with a chocolate buttercream icing and decorated with swirls of dark chocolate. The kids..."

"This was a georgous soup! I made a few changes, using fresh chestnuts which I boiled and shelled. I also used chicken stock to give a little more taste and didn't use the 2 cups of cream, opting instead to drizzle a swirl of cream on the top. I also stirred in a cup of crispy bacon bits after blending the soup. Will definitely do again - many than..."

"Unfortunately this one really bombed in our household. The feedback (I'm on a diet so didn't eat it myself! was that it was far too sweet, the top too hard and the sauce too runny. The other half was expecting a larger version of a chocolate fondant I think. Sorry!"
