"I just made this and already the flavour is amazing-a month maturing and it'll be out of this world! My brown sugar was probably darker than yours, so the chutney is darker too-but that hasn't done anything to the flavour! It's a simple recipe that I really enjoyed making. Thanks for posting."

"Another winning recipe thanks Nancy! This was so simple to make and really, really refreshing and yummy to eat. I loved the fact it was so very low in fat, but so flavourful. I made a half recipe for the two of us-I think it would have been enough for 4 (less greedy than us people!"

I increased the sugar to three teaspoons to balance out the lime juice and fish sauce and added in a Thai birdseye chilli. Sensational!"

"This was delicious. I used palm sugar instead of honey and a mixture of Asian mint and regular mint along with the fresh coriander. This makes a lot yummy dressing so I served it over chilled noodles to soak it all up and make it a more substantional meal for dinner tonight."

"I made a half recipe of this for the two of us following your recipe exactly apart from using the full amount of cumin in the dressing. I mixed the dressing through the salad rather than drizzling it over and that worked fine. This contains some of my favourite things (cranberries, quinoa, chickpeas, yoghurt and curry flavour etc so I was always ..."

"Delicious! I got salmon on sale, so used double the amount and had to use red capsicum. This was so simple and tasty I'd like to eat it again tomorrow night. After taking my photo, I added in an avocado that needed using. I laso think asparagus would be great in it too. Thanks for posting the recipe Tis."
