    Proud mother of 2 hungry boys...husband loves to cook. He is great at pasta dishes, I'm better at fulfilling our baking needs.

    Love to scrapbook in my spare time...not much of that!

    Would love to be more organized with my cooking schedule. In a perfect world, I would spend one day cooking/preparing for the whole week.

    Am proud to say we don't do too much fast food, but are forced to on busy nights when we get home late and have to head off to some sort of function.

    Anything fried!
    love quick appetizers; would like to concentrate on "pretty food".
