"Delicious bread! Easy to make and so tasty. It will be great for all of the possibilities listed in the introduction but also for a quick breakfast. I needed only 4 oz of the buttermilk and my pans were not as small as they could have been. It just made for a reduced cooking time and a smaller slice. No worries - I will eat two!
