"Loved it. A perfectly classic apple pie. I LOVED the touch of lemon. I did tweak it just a tiny bit. I used a Trader Joe's pie crust, and they suggested brushing the pie with half-and-half (not water, then sprinkling it with sugar (I used Demara sugar. It was fabulous!"
