I work in Software Development. I love to cook. My mom is the best cook I know. She is from Chile and there are many dishes I need to commit to memory. I have many, many cookbooks. To justify buying those small cookbooks at the supermarket stands, I tell my husband that I will make one recipe from those books every week. I also tell him that they are research. I love to borrow from several recipes and create something different. I recently met Tyler Florence from the food network. I bought his cookbook and enjoy the delicious creations from it. Often times, I'll make a favorite dish of mine and I say, "I'm never ordering this out again!!" I think Food Network needs a comedy show.
