    -My mum's mashed potatoes.
    -My boyfriend's pasta sauce. (And this guy never cooked for himself before I met him, but he has perfected his own recipe!)
    -"Kam Pong Gi" from Ho Su, a Korean-Japanese restaurant near Yonge & Eg in Toronto. I am determined to get their recipe, or one VERY similar. It will be my very first posting on Zaar. I will not post a recipe until I find this one...
    -Most Japanese food except sashimi. Just can't do it. I'm a disgrace to my people (err.. half of "my people"....).
    -A honey date chicken tagine recipe I make from a recipe in an AWW Cooking Classics cookbook.
    -Hearty meat dishes, stews, casseroles, pies.
