Reviewed Should Be Illegal Oven BBQ Ribs

     |  By Beverly Carson

"Delicious and easy ribs for the oven. I made them exactly as written with Jim Beam BBQ sauce. I removed the foil covering after about 45 minutes so the sauce in the pan could thicken and become gooey and sticky on the ribs. The ribs were just shy of fall apart tender, which is perfect in my opinion. You can still pick them up to eat them witho..."

"Delicious and easy to make. I think I might try it in the oven next time though. Spread that very nice cornmeal topping around a bit. I might also try some diced bell pepper or some mild green chilis when I do. I enjoyed this meal last night."

"These were wonderful! I didn't have time to use the crockpot so I did them on the stove top on a low heat. It took about 2 hours to cook them, but watch them close the last 1/2 hour of cooking. The maple and applesauce turned into a thick syrup that coated the ribs nicely and even was a little crispy in some places. Very sticky, but very yummy."

"I was going to post a recipe for this same salad but did a search first. This one is so close to the one my family loves that I decided just to add the only three differences unstead of making a seperate post. I add cubed cucumber and thinly sliced celery to mine and I don't use broccoli. It is such a fresh tasting salad, and is the only pasta ..."

"Diana, these were fantastic! I have made chimichangas before but deep fried them. I like this recipe much better then my own. I served it on a bed of lettuce as suggested but topped it off with homemade green chili that I had frozen, diced tomatoes, guacamole and sour cream. Absolutly delicious with a side of refried beans and spanish rice."

"My sister's boyfriend requested this dip. We all loved it! I diced the water chestnuts and used fresh spinach that I steamed before hand. I also forgot to buy vegetable soup so used onion soup mix that I had already and it turned out excellent. We ate it from a bread bowl with assorted crackers as well as peices of the bread. Thanks much for ..."
