    About Me

    When you look up the definition of Supermom, my picture is next to it. I work full time as a company accountant, while trying to get my CGA (certified general accountant) certification at the local community college, and run a part-time bookkeeping business. I'm mother to two girls (women actually, 25 and 27), and grandmother to 2 beautiful granddaughters, 6 and 2 years, and a precious grandson, 1 year of age. If I had a month off what would I do???? Go away by myself somewhere where nobody could reach me!!!!!!

    Favorite Foods

    I love to cook (although cleaning up is such a drag). I'm addicted to recipes, recipe websites, and cookbooks. Although I don't have a particular recipe I'm famous for, my family loves my spaghetti sauce, shepherd's pie, and the super-easy cream-of-mushroom-soup pork chops (not very low-fat and usually served with french fries - real comfort food). I guess I just like food. Period.
