"This really is a fabulous recipe - it's become one of my husband's absolute favouriets. Great idea to add refried beans. Shall try that next time."

"My impression when looking over the ingredients was there wasn't much (besides salt to accent the taste of the vegetables. So I added a chicken bullion cube to the milk, and also stirred in a blend of Italian seasonings, which included sage. My first thought when taking my first bite? Omigod - this is vegetable STUFFING! Really, just like stuffin..."

"Very interesting and unusual recipe. Well worth making again, but with some tweaking. I cut the Scotch Bonnet open (did remove the seeds, but the dish still wasn't (IMO all that hot. Next time shall just chop up fine and toss in. Will also include a bit higher ratio of beans to rice. Lastly, The ginger/coconut is a great combination, but even t..."

"What a fantastic recipe! Deliciously tender chicken (must come from the pounding! And the sauce is perfection. Served it last night with Spinach Asparagus Risotto - the taste combination is one I can highly recommend. My only comment is about the number of eggs for the wash. One egg per chicken breast??!! Two was MORE than enough for four filets."

It was relatively tasty, but am not sure if I'll be m..."

"A pleasing enough dish, but I'd hoped for something a bit more 'WOW' for the work involved. If I make this again I will probably do some experimentation with seasoning to add a bit more punch to the taste."

"I made this as an appetizer for a Mediteranean-themed dinner party and everyone just raved about it. The perfect combination of creaminess, tangy-ness and full rich flavour with just a bit of bite."

"Another 5-star Recipezaar recipe that lives up to its reputation the very first time around. And that's even without proper spicing - I had to wing that as I can't find all-purpose Greek seasoning in Holland. Everyone scarfed it down. A keeper!"

"Indeed - a fantastic blend of flavours. The bacon really adds something to it and I love all the vegetables in it. This is something you just can't stop spooning in. My husband loved it as well. I'll be making this one again and again."

"I would have liked it to be a wee bit 'tangier', but that is a personal taste easily remedied, and the recipe definitely deserves every one of its stars. My only question - why no mushrooms? I added them in any case and the result was fantastic."
