    About Me

    I love everything about food.  I grow it, cook it, compost it, read about it and of course, eat it!  I enjoy all types of ethnic and regional domestic recipes and love to experiment. A recipe is just a suggestion to me. I doubt I will ever judge a recipe lower than 4* because I would blame myself for picking something I knew we would not like. I really search for recipes that suit our tastes.

    I am a novice bread and dessert maker, so if I post or rate a recipe in either of those categories, you can be sure that recipe is 100% tried, true, delicious and fool proof if you follow the directions. This is either a 5* or bust category for me.
