"Love it! I usually do the carmel sauce on the stove and I use air popcorn then I will add some salt to the carmel sauce. I've played with the microwave time too. I think it depends on the pan/bowl you use. Now it if were just low cal and fat free!"

"My Dad won't eat anything with green peppers but he loves this recipe so much he'll make it himself with all of the veggies in it. Must be the bacon, eh? lol This is great and when I warm up left overs...which there is rarely any....I put in foil and put in a low temp overn to warm through."

"Got my version from Dr. Weil too. I make it bassically as this recipe indicates. I've made with 2 cups of dried beans then cooked after soaking. I made it today with 2 cans of GN beans and it worked just as well. I simmered the beans to make the broth thinner so I could drain. I also add extra seasonings. I served it with homemade pita chips..."

"I've alswo heard this called "sex in a Pan" pretty fitting. it's yummy. I haven't made this exact recipe but my recipe is very close. I think ours has some extra vanilla so that might add to the tast that the above person was missing. Sadly the dirt hiere in Kansas is not this sweet! Thanks for the recipe."
