"The first time I made this it was for a pot luck and it was the hit of the party. So delicious. The only hint is cook the pasta separately or else it will soak up all of the broth. I have experimented with adding potatoes and black beans too. East to play with this recipe. My husband said he would love Stew meat added."

"I had dinner guests and one of them couldn't eat yeast. Since I was making lasagna I thought this may go well with it and it did. FANTASTIC. I was able to re-heat it the next few days by just warming again in a pan. I will be making this again tomorrow to serve with hummus along with leg of lamb dinner."

"Very tasty. Family loved it. I, like some other reviewers, had to bake it for longer than the recipe calls for and it never quite set up in the middle but the edge pieces were fantastic."

"My DH loved it and said I can make it as often as I wanted. I used leftover salmon from a whole fish I had made a few days prior. My only comment is it was not as thick as I would have liked. Being also from Seattle I was excited by the title in hopes it might taste like a local famos restaurant Ivars' Salmon chowder, but it was still fantastic."
