"It was ok.. Kind of like a cuban pork roast, but was missing a lot of the main ingredients that make for the flavor. I added oj, oregano, coriander, extra garlic, extra cumin and some cilantro to the marinade. "Almost exactly as my Cuban grandpa made. I marinated for 2 days, and tossing the marinade isn't usually done when making "traditional" Cuban pork w/ mojo sauce. It's much better to either baste or leave it on while baking."

"This was NOT a good recipe. I don't see why there are all these good reviews... If you have to add things to a recipe then it's not a good recipe. It doesn't have enough flavor. I added brown sugar, honey, nutmeg, cinamon and vanilla... That's a lot to add to a recipe.."
