    Reviewed Boston Market Butternut Squash
    Handle
     |  By Marie

"Had this tonight & got raves for it. Even the 1 year old loved it. will be my go-to butternut squash recipe! Easy, too! I find it easier to roast in oven. scooped out seeds, cut in half, face down on baking pan w/ parchment paper, 375 degrees for 45 min, then just scoop out pulp. I'm not a fan of allspice, so I used half the amount."

"I wish I had listened to the other reviewer who said to double the sauce. That is key! It was a touch too bland with the amount of sauce indicated. The hint of flavor was incredible, though, and I could tell that if I had doubled the sauce, it would have knocked it out of the park. Can't wait to make it again with more sauce!( I also added a sma..."

"went by another review and added about a 1/2 tspn of salt...big mistake! I was using the ready grated Kraft-type parm cheese which already has lots of salt...should have left it alone! Don't add salt if you're using that type of cheese! wondering how I can fix this..because I think it would've been awesome if I hadn't ruined it!"

"This is the only way that I'll be making cauliflower from now on. I chopped the garlic into big chunks to avoid having to pick out small burnt pieces like other reviewers had problems with. I turned out having no burnt garlic pieces...they were well roasted to perfection! I didn't have fresh thyme, but dried worked fine. Also went by othe ..."

"This was amazing! This is going to be my meat sauce recipe forever. I think the sage gave it such an interesting twist, and I would've never thought to add milk. I usually add red wine to my sauce, but the white worked really well with this. Will try red wine next time just to see what the difference would be. The only change I made was to cut ..."

"I generally followed the recipe, but left out a lot of ingredients just because they weren't on hand, and it was still great! Had no peppers, mushrooms, tomato, or chicken. Used zucchini, yellow squash and doubled the amount of shrimp(frozen. I used a veggie rotini pasta. And I've never made a roux before without heating w/ butter, so thanks fo..."

"I'm not a fan of jarred alfredo sauce, but bought some of the Classico because it was on clearance for 50 cents! Your recipe was perfect- I will make this again. I added a small chopped onion & doubled the garlic. I put this sauce on cheese tortellini w/ some peas added. Left out the red pepper flakes for the sake of my 3 yr old. He is picky & l..."

"We will def make this again. I didn't have red or yellow peppers, so used a half of a green pepper. It may have helped that I used a Sweet Pepper spaghetti sauce. Husband loved it. Only thing is I think a pound of pasta is a little too much for the amount of sauce that this makes. Next time I would use 1/2 -3/4 of the box."

"We are not vegans, but I had some veggie burgers in the freezer & needed something quick & easy. This dish was much better than I expected! I love beef stroganoff & have tried many different versions. I have to say that if I didn't add the wine it may not have come out as good. The wine adds another dimension that makes it top notch. I'm not ..."
