    I am a busy working mother of boys, and always looking for quick and healthy meals for my family. I love to bake, but tend to shy away from complicated main dishes. When I say that a recipe is easy enough for me to make, anyone can make it!

    Favorite Foods

    Pasta is an all time fave, and I love vegetables and fruit. I tend to shy away from red meat myself, but my family likes it so I attempt to make it for them. I also love to bake cutout cookies with my kids, and am always on the look out for fun and new dough recipes.
