    About Me

    I'm almost 58 (May 2013).  Have been gaining weight all my life no matter what I did.  In 2011 I found out I was sensitive to gluten (plus a few other foods) so completely eliminated it from my diet.  LOST 40 IN 3 MONTHS (April - July) then kept going down more slowly.  Was 200 lbs am now 120.  AM STILL IN DISBELIEF.  GOD IS SO GOOD. All this gluten-free info is a Godsend.  THANK YOU LAURIE for sharing your reciped for gluten-free flax bread!!!!
