"These were delicious! I followed the directions and cooked them at 400, but they did not look done, so I left them in for another 5 or so minutes to brown a little more on top. They were still very good, but I think that the next time I make them I will follow the advice from other reviewers and cook them at about 375 for about 20 minutes and I ..."

"I followed the recipe for the filling exactly, but instead of doing a mashed potato top, I did a traditional pie crust. It was good, and tasty, and perfect for a cool fall evening. I will definitely make this again, except next time, I may cut the recipe in half, as there is only two of us and it was a little more than we could eat."

"I thought that this was a pretty good recipe. Because I have a hard enough time getting my husband to eat vegetables, I halved the amount that I put in, and it still seemed like plenty. Also this recipe makes quite a bit of food, and there are only two of us, so I think that the next time I make this I will try freezing half of it to eat at a lat ..."
