"Very tasty and easy! Instead of reducing the sauce I thickened it by adding 1/4 tsp of corn starch mixed with 1/4 tsp of water; this made plenty of sauce for four pieces of swordfish. "Excellent and easy -- my favorite combination! And this dish looked great, too. I used 3 tablespoons of Old Bay Seasoning and at least a teaspoon of black pepper. I had 4 sweet potatoes on hand and so I used them all. I did cook the vegetables a little longer than suggested and they were great with the tilapia. We loved this one -- thanks!"
